Isabey Interiors is an award-winning interior design firm headquartered in Kelowna, British Columbia. We specialize in residential and commercial design. That is what we do, but not who we are: we are a team of people who care deeply about our projects and our clients. We approach each design with the same objective: to ensure our clients’ needs are met, and to make the process an enjoyable one. Your project should reflect your needs and who you are. There are notable differences in working with Isabey Interiors. You will work with more than one designer on a renovation project or new home build, and the entire process is considered at the very beginning: landscape design, furniture planning and more. This gives you the best result for your project.
Trisha Isabey
@isabeyinteriorsTrisha Isabey is the Founder and CEO of Isabey Interiors, an award-winning luxury interior design firm based in Kelowna, BC, specializing in high-end residential, hospitality and development projects across North America and international destination markets.
Drawing on a previous career as a stockbroker and financial planner, Trisha pairs business strategy and financial expertise with design vision. Under her leadership the studio has grown from a boutique design practice into a fully integrated firm offering interior design, furnishings, procurement, project coordination and strategic consulting, with projects spanning Hawaii, California, Montana, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, British Columbia, Alberta, Belize and Bali.
Recognized with multiple Canadian Home Builders’ Association honours and Designer of the Year distinctions, Isabey Interiors is regarded as one of Western Canada’s leading luxury design organizations. Trisha is passionate about mentoring the next generation of design professionals and, outside of work, is a proud mother of two and an advocate for community and charitable initiatives.
The people behind the practice
Jackie Gidda
Jackie has been able to combine her experiences obtained from public practice with growing up as part of a family business to build a focus around providing strategic business advice to entrepreneurs. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, getting to understand their life goals, and being part of their professional advisor team to help facilitate those desired outcomes. This passion to be more accessible to clients and provide advice to business owners as they need it is part of the reason Leda was created.
Having grown up in Kelowna, Jackie is passionate about giving back to the community. She is currently the treasurer for Aberdeen Hall Preparatory School as well as the Impact Tomorrow Foundation. She also volunteers her time by being involved in the finance committees for Aberdeen Hall Preparatory School, Impact Tomorrow Foundation, as well as the Child Advocacy Centre.
Nickie Ammirati
Nickie has a passion for people and community connection. Her career in marketing began working for one of Canada’s largest premium fine dining restaurants. When the global pandemic shut down much of the world in 2020, she saw an opportunity to help brands promote themselves as they shifted into the online space, which is where she began her own digital marketing company. This successful business venture is ultimately what led her to Isabey Interiors. Coming from a background leading teams and working alongside other talented individuals, she knew the Isabey Collective presented an exciting opportunity to re-enter the corporate world. She enjoys building new connections and showcasing the world-class designs, homes, decor and people at Isabey Interiors.
Shailen Yeulett
Shailen has a passion for project management, operations, and bringing ideas to life. With over 10 years of experience in operations coordination, purchasing, logistics, and event management, she has built a career around creating seamless processes and delivering exceptional experiences. Her professional journey includes working for two of Canada’s largest wine corporations, where she developed expertise in project coordination, logistics, client experience, and cross-functional collaboration. With an educational background in Business, Project Management, and Marketing, Shailen combines strategic thinking with a detail-oriented approach to every project she undertakes.
She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning a vision into reality—whether coordinating complex projects, managing moving pieces behind the scenes, or helping create memorable events and client experiences. Joining Isabey Interiors presented an exciting opportunity to bring together her passion for organization, creativity, and collaboration. She enjoys working alongside the talented Isabey team and helping deliver exceptional experiences for both clients and partners. Outside of work, you’ll often find her in a spin class, embracing the same energy, discipline, and drive that she brings to her professional life.

Stacey supports both the operational and creative sides of the business, enabling our design team to thrive. She has an excellent rapport with clients, and always goes the extra mile to find answers and solutions.

Josee Edgecombe
@interiorsbyjoseeRaised in the Okanagan Valley, Josee’s fascination with the world of interior design and all things creative began at a young age. After earning her BBA, Josee immersed herself in marketing, where she found an outlet for her creativity. After various administrative and marketing roles in the architectural industry, Josee was captivated by the world of interior design and enrolled in the Interior Design program at BCIT.
She began her design career with a large-scale Vancouver hospitality firm, but as the Okanagan called her back, her passion shifted to residential interior design. Now, as a working Interior Designer at Isabey Interiors, Josee curates beautiful, thoughtful spaces that stand the test of time and tell a story about her clients.

Courtney Valiquette
@courtneyvaliquettedesignCourtney creates interiors that feel anything but expected. She’s known for her confident use of colour, texture, and personality—designing spaces that tell a story, whether it’s a boutique hotel or a character-filled home.
Before moving into design full-time, she spent over a decade in corporate finance, managing multi-million-dollar budgets in the wine industry. That background in finance and international business means she brings both creativity and strategic thinking to every project—she gets that great design needs to be beautiful and intentional.
Growing up in a family of real estate investors gave her an early appreciation for thoughtful renovations and long-term value, something that still shapes how she approaches her work.
Today, Courtney focuses on boutique hospitality and residential projects for clients who want more than a beautiful space—they want something people remember long after they’ve left.
David Lee
@bryantdesign.caDavid Lee is a seasoned Interior Designer with a strong foundation in single- and multi-family real estate development. Since 2018, David has been collaborating closely with home builders, gaining invaluable insights into the entire construction process, from initial permits to final possession. His expertise spans both Kelowna and Calgary markets, where he continues to contribute his design vision to a wide range of projects.
David is driven by a passion for design, where he skillfully blends traditional elements with modern innovation to create spaces that are both timeless and functional. His commitment to excellence extends to every aspect of the design process, allowing him to offer comprehensive services tailored to individual needs. Whether it’s a full design package, general consulting, or interior styling, David is dedicated to assisting clients in transforming their vision into a reality.
Jaimie Rae
@jaimieraeinteriorsJaimie was born and raised in Kelowna, BC. She has a lifelong passion for style, design and people, and has always been artistic, with a flair for function and form.
Jaimie brings inspiration and imagination to each project she’s involved in. Her commitment to understanding and delivering on her clients’ wants and hopes is her top priority; she helps homeowners love their important rooms and spaces.
Her design philosophy is: “Designers see ourselves as storytellers. Clients hire us to write their biographies, but instead of words we use fabrics, furniture, architectural elements and of course personal items that are important to them.” When not designing, she spends her time with her family, playing soccer and exploring the great Okanagan outdoors.

Clients are drawn to Lu’s warm, approachable manner and her contagious enthusiasm. She believes that every project is an opportunity to build lasting relationships, and her calm, confident presence helps clients feel at ease throughout the process.
Her ability to create environments that support daily life while elevating the experience has earned her the loyalty of many returning clients, as has her ability to work remotely, having designed spaces for clients where only virtual meetings are possible. All she needs to get started is a floor plan. Lu is soon beginning an international collaboration that will bring her trusted and timeless design stories to life for a new audience.

@lizaan.atelierOriginally from Cape Town, Lizaan relocated to Kelowna in 2025, bringing with her a design sensibility shaped by African influences; handcrafted, layered, and inherently distinctive.
Tori Birch
@tori.birch.interiorsArtistic expression has always been the common thread for Tori in all of her pursuits. Originally a classically trained musician and music teacher, she has always held a love of interior decorating. Her main goal in all of her designs is to turn a house into a home. Creating personalized, one-of-a-kind spaces is her forte. Tori loves incorporating vintage and antique pieces when decorating. Not only is vintage a sustainable option, but timeless and classic pieces can truly breathe new life into a room.
Originally from the States, Tori has found a home in the beautiful Okanagan Valley with her husband and three children. When not at work, she loves to boat in the summer and ski in the winter with her family. Her favourite hobby is sourcing beautiful vintage pieces.
